People often ask me what I eat for breakfast. I personally eat a bowl of my raw granola with some coconut oil and goji berries before I work out and then I drink a green smoothie after I work out. To this I add Sun Warrior sprouted rice protein or Nutiva Hemp Protein and Macro Greens powder. I came across this video though and thought it also looked like a great breakfast. Dr. Mercola doesn't do well with eating tons of greens, so this a good alternative to others who don't do so well with too many greens. It's a great post workout recovery drink!
